Ticketing Policies:
Exchange Policy: The Stack Festival has a flexible exchange policy. Exchanges are permitted free of charge prior to the beginning of the performance you have tickets for. If the performance has already passed, the value of the ticket can be converted into a charitable donation.
Service Charges: Per ticket, facility fees and VAT or tax is collected on all ticket purchases. Per ticket fee is 2.50. Facility fee of 1.50 is included in the ticket price. VAT or tax is displayed separately in the shopping cart.
Youth and Senior Pricing: Youth and Senior discounted prices are available on selected shows, and visible with ticket type selections. Patrons selecting these ticket options may be asked to present ID at the venue confirming their birth date.
Programming Subject to Change: All programming is subject to change at any time. The Stack Festival will communicate any programming changes to ticket purchasers in when they are known. Please include your email or mobile phone details in your ticketing account. Programming changes will also be posted at the box office and at the venue.
Ticket Packages: If you have purchased a package, simply present your pass or mobile phone for entry at any of the festival venues. If you have a physical pass and misplaced it, visit the Box Office to have your lost pass cancelled and reissued.
Latecomers: Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break during the performance.
Groups: Groups discounts are available online, by phone or at the box office for selected performances.
Accessibility: The Stack Festival has accessible ticket purchase options available online, by phone or at the box office. All venues have accessibility features to assist patrons with accessible needs. Venues feature ramps, accessible washroom, hearing devices, accessible seating locations. Please indicate any accessible needs in your online account or by contacting or visiting the box office.
Nursing Mothers and Babes in Arms: The Stack Festival welcomes mothers and children to any of their venues. All venues feature change stations in the washrooms, and each level of each venue has private stations for child care needs.
